Return & Exchange Policy
All items marked “custom” are sales final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you suspect damage may have occurred in shipping, please contact us.
If you wish to return non-custom item it must be shipped back within 7 business days upon receipt, and a 20% restocking fee plus shipping, will be taken out of the purchase/refunded amount. Please contact us for a shipping label to be sent to you.
Reports of shipping damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement.
Due to the custom nature of every item produced we do not offer exchanges. The refund must be started, and a new order must be placed.
